To further grow our business, we are strengthening our B2B sales activities. In this role, you will actively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while supporting the expansion of existing partnerships, contributing directly to sustainable revenue growth.

Your mission

You execute our B2B sales strategy by generating and converting leads, building strong partner relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, market awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Core tasks

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales and revenue opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external partners

  • Support the development of partners into long-term key accounts

  • Monitor market trends, demand developments, and industry changes

  • Expand and maintain an active industry networkB2B Sales Execution

B2B Sales Execution

  • Generate and convert leads through active outbound sales

  • Execute strategic sales initiatives and campaigns

  • Represent Wombat’s at industry events

  • Implement upselling strategies and revenue optimisation measures

  • Support internal coordination with Revenue Management and Operations

Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Reservations, Hostel Management, F&B)

  • Contribute ideas for product and offering improvements based on market insights

  • Continuously develop your skills and actively learn within the teamSupport the development of partners into long-term key accounts

Your Profile

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and relationship management

  • First experience in hotel or hostel operations

  • Experience in hospitality B2B sales is a strong advantage

  • Confident communication and negotiation skills

  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style

  • Organisational strength and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Open, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills

  • Interest in the hospitality and travel industry

  • Very good English skills (additional languages are a plus)
