Core tasks
· Hosting great bar moments – Prepare high-quality drinks and food for our guests.
· Create a lively atmosphere – Contribute to making the bar a fun and social space.
· Keep it fresh & clean – Prepare all products while following hygiene and quality standards. Keep the café area clean, organised, and inviting at all times.
· Sell & promote – Recommend and promote our products in a natural and engaging way.
· Handle transactions – Handle payments and daily cash-ups accurately.
Required competencies
· Skilled in drink & food preparation – You know how to prepare and serve our products professionally.
· Hosting mindset – You enjoy making people feel welcome and creating a great atmosphere.
· Energetic & engaging – You bring enthusiasm and positivity, making every night enjoyable for guests.
· Detail-oriented & hygienic – You handle products and equipment with care, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
· Resilient & adaptable – You can handle busy shifts and stay organised under pressure
· Sales talent – You naturally promote and recommend our products to enhance the guest experience.
· Responsible & team-oriented – You take ownership of your tasks and ensure smooth daily operations. You understand the importance of clear communication with colleagues and always think and act with your team in mind.
Our offer
· A gross salary of € 12,20 per hour
