Currently we are looking for a
Reservations Agent (f/m/d) for our Reservations Department in Budapest
Who are we looking for?
• Someone open-minded, reliable, and straightforward.
• A confident English speaker – German and/or Hungarian is a big plus!
• A stress-resistant and patient person who is also available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Someone passionate and enthusiastic about travel and hospitality industry.
• Someone who is already legally allowed to work in Hungary.
What you will be doing?
• Handling individual and group reservations.
• Responding to general enquiries from private customers and travel agencies, both via email and over the phone.
• Supporting our customers until their arrival at our hostel(s)

The gross salary for this position is HUF 3.167 per hour.
full time (40 hrs/ weekly)
Start of work: from July 2026
