Core tasks:
Check-in and checkout process of individual guests and groups:
Welcoming guests
Check-in process
Checkout process
Cash-up responsibility
Point of contact for guests:
Information and advice about the city, transport, sights, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc.
Handling complaints and solving problems
Point of contact for external people: first contact person for suppliers, neighbours, public authorities (e.g. police), etc.
Ensuring adherence to house rules

Our offer
A gross salary of € 13,22 per hour
